outbound automation

outbound for teams selling to banks and NBFCs

Banks and NBFCs don't buy because a stranger emailed them. They buy when something changes: a new leader, a new licence, a new set of branches. We watch for those changes in public sources and build the outreach around them.

how it works for this market

  1. narrow the segment

Private banks, small finance banks and NBFCs buy differently. We pick one segment with you for the pilot, along with the role that owns your problem there.

  2. watch the signals

Leadership changes, regulator notices, branch openings and job posts from public sources. We look for two or three that point at one problem.

  3. write for that reader

A CIO and a head of loan operations care about different things. Each person gets a message about their part of the problem, with the source attached.

  4. reach them the right way

We set up the channels that suit the account, keeping to each platform's rules, and run them with your team. You stay in control of what gets sent.

why this market suits signals

A lot of what banks and NBFCs do is public. Appointments are announced, licences show up in regulator notices, expansion plans appear in press releases, and hiring shows up in job posts. That makes it possible to know something specific about an account before you write to it, and to show where you learned it.

It is also a market where a vague pitch goes nowhere. The people you want to reach get a lot of email from vendors. A note that mentions a real appointment and a real hiring plan at least shows you've done the reading.

one problem, several people

A purchase at a bank rarely belongs to one person. A technology leader may care about the stack, an operations head about the workflow, and a digital head about the customer's side of it. So for each account we name the people who own the problem, and note who is better reached by email and who by linkedin first.

If several signals point the same way, we say so in plain words. In the example above, the new CIO, the loan operations hire and the new branches all point at loan workflows.

careful about what we claim

Sales to this market depend on trust, so one wrong fact costs more here. A person on our team reads every opener. We check every date against the source, we don't invent numbers, and we don't name who uses you unless you say we can.

Your exclusion list matters here too. Existing relationships at a bank can be spread across several teams, so we check every account against your list before delivery, and you can add to it at any time.

starting small

We're starting with banks and NBFCs among the first markets we focus on, and the pilot is built for a careful first step: one segment, one first channel, two weeks. We agree what good looks like before we start, then compare the results with your current lists at the end.
