outbound automation

outbound for b2b saas teams

Your SDRs shouldn't spend the morning working out who to write to. We find accounts with a dated reason to talk, score them against your ICP, and build the outreach around your team and the tools you already use.

how it works for saas teams

  1. start from your ICP

We take who you already sell to well and turn it into one segment for the pilot. Your exclusion list keeps customers and open deals out.

  2. research the accounts

New sales leaders, funding news, new offices and job posts that show what a team is building. All of it dated, all of it with a source link.

  3. deliver to your sdrs

Each account comes with a reason, the right people and messages for each channel. Your SDRs can accept or reject each lead, and that feedback goes back in.

  4. automate what repeats

Once the targeting holds up, we build the automations on email, linkedin, whatsapp and calls, then run them with you or hand them over.

the problem with big lists

Most SaaS outbound starts with a filtered export: right size, right industry, right title. It gets you names but no reason to write today, so the message falls back on what your product does. Your SDRs then send a lot of those and burn through the list.

Job posts and leadership changes tell you something a filter can't. A company hiring six enterprise SDRs has decided to go upmarket. A new VP of Sales is probably looking hard at how the team works. Those are real openings, and they go stale, which is why we work in batches.

your sdrs are the test

The first thing we measure in the pilot is how many leads your SDRs accept. They know your market, and if they think a lead is bad, they're usually right. Every trigger has a source link and every account shows how it scored, so they can see our reasoning and argue with it.

We have a feedback call after the first batch and tune the scoring from it. The second batch runs on the tuned scoring, so you see whether it improved.

plugged into what you have

You likely already have a CRM, a sequencing tool and opinions about both. We don't ask you to change them. The automations plug into the tools you already use, and when we're done you own them. We hand over with docs, or keep running them for you monthly.

Your exclusion list stays current too. You can add to it at any time, which matters when deals are moving every week.

what we won't do

We won't write that a customer uses you unless you say we can, or put a number in an opener that didn't come from a source. If an opener is wrong, it doesn't go. And since enterprise SaaS is among the first markets we're focusing on, we'd rather start small on one segment than promise a result on this page.
