outbound for edtech and training teams
Learning budgets move when something changes: a new head of L&D, a large graduate intake, a new campus, a new degree programme. We find those moments in public sources and help your team reach the person responsible while it still matters.

how it works for this market
pick who you sell to
Selling to a company's L&D team is different from selling to a college's admissions office. We choose one buyer and one segment with you for the pilot.
find the moments
New L&D and admissions leaders, graduate hiring on careers pages, new programmes on college websites and new campuses in press releases.
connect the signals
We look for signals that point at one problem. A new leader plus a big intake plus a second location usually means onboarding has to stretch.
set up the channels
We build the outreach around your team and tools, then tune the targeting and messages every week from what's working.
timing does a lot of the work here
Education and training run on calendars. Graduates join in batches, admissions have seasons, and new programmes need filling by a set date. The same note can be useful in one month and pointless three months later, so a list without dates misses most of what matters.
This is why we write around events and not around job titles. "With 200 graduates joining this year" gives a head of L&D a reason to read on. "We offer world class training" doesn't.
two kinds of buyer
If you sell to companies, the signals tend to be about people: a new leader in L&D, a large round of graduate hiring, a new office that needs the same training as the old one. If you sell to colleges and schools, they tend to be about admissions: a new director, a new programme, an admissions role still open.
We research these separately and write to them separately, because they care about different things. For a college, enquiry follow-up during admissions might be the real problem. For a company, it's getting everyone trained the same way across locations.
after someone says yes
Interest in this market can come in bursts, and a slow reply can lose it. That is where follow-ups matter as much as first messages. For leads who opted in, we can build whatsapp follow-ups on the official business API. For teams that call, we build the lists, scripts and follow-ups, checked against the DND list.
All of it runs on the same research, so whoever picks up the conversation knows why it started.
how we'd start
Edtech is among the first markets we're focusing on. The pilot is free and covers one segment for two weeks. You give us your ICP and an exclusion list of customers and open deals, and the first batch of leads comes in the first week. At the end, we compare the results with your current lists together.
