Researchify is research supervision software for universities. It gives a professor one place to manage scholars, groups and classes, tasks, submissions and meetings, and it writes the summary and action items after each meeting automatically.

Professors and research supervisors, their PhD scholars, and co-supervisors. A professor runs the lab, scholars see their own tasks, meetings and analytics, and co-supervisors get read access to the scholars they are assigned.

Yes, it is free to start. You can set your lab up, invite scholars and run real meetings without paying and without entering a card. The founding programme gives the first 10 labs 60 days free and then a rate locked for 3 years.

Plans are priced per lab per year by scholar count, starting at 12,000 rupees a year for up to five scholars. Monthly billing is available, and paying annually costs the equivalent of ten months. Founding labs pay 9,000 rupees a year instead of 25,000.

Yes. When you schedule a meeting, Researchify creates the event on your Google Calendar, generates a Google Meet link, and sends calendar invitations to every participant. Rescheduling or cancelling in Researchify updates the calendar event too.

After a meeting, Researchify takes the transcript, either from Fathom or pasted in by hand, and produces a summary, key points, follow-up topics and action items. Action items become real tasks assigned to the right scholar, so nothing is lost between the meeting and the work.

Yes. Professors create groups for cohorts, classes or project teams and add scholars to them. Tasks, meetings and announcements can each target one group, and every group has a shareable invite link that adds a scholar to the group when they join.

Your lab's data is visible only to that lab: the professor, their scholars and any co-supervisors they assign. Transcripts are passed to an AI provider only when you use the summarisation feature. Researchify is built and operated by Kravos Tech Pvt. Ltd. in India.
