Contact us
We are a small team and we answer our own email. Use the form below, or write to one of the addresses further down if you would rather go direct.
Send us a message
Email us directly
Everything reaches the same team. The separate addresses exist so that time-sensitive requests are not sitting behind a sales question.
- General, support and sales — info@kravos.tech
- Privacy and data requests — info@kravos.tech with “Privacy request” in the subject. Access, correction, export and deletion rights are set out in the privacy policy.
- Security reports — info@kravos.tech with “Security report” in the subject. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine vulnerability in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.
When to expect a reply
We aim to answer within two working days, and usually faster. We are based in India and work to Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30), so a message sent late in the European or American day is normally answered the following morning our time.
Security reports and anything affecting a lab that cannot use the product are picked up ahead of everything else.
