outbound for teams selling to insurers
Insurers buy when something changes: a new leader, a new distribution partner, a new product line, or a plan management has announced to investors. We watch for those changes in public sources and build the outreach around them.

how it works for this market
narrow the segment
Life insurers, general insurers, health insurers and brokers buy differently. We pick one segment with you for the pilot, along with the role that owns your problem there.
watch the signals
Leadership changes, new partnerships, results-call commentary and job posts, from public sources. We look for two or three that point at one problem.
write for that reader
A head of claims, a head of distribution and a CTO care about different things. Each gets a message about their part of the problem, with the source attached.
reach them the right way
We set up the channels that suit the account, keeping to each platform's rules, and run them with your team. You stay in control of what gets sent.
why this market suits signals
Much of what insurers do is public. Several Indian insurers are listed, so leadership changes and material events are disclosed to the stock exchanges, and management describes its plans on results calls. IRDAI publishes who is registered, and partnerships with banks and distributors are usually announced.
That means you can know something specific about an account before you write, and show where you learned it. In a market where every vendor promises "digital transformation", a note that quotes the insurer's own stated plan stands out.
one purchase, several owners
A purchase at an insurer often touches claims, underwriting, distribution, IT and compliance. So for each account we name the people who own the problem, and note who is better reached by email and who by linkedin first.
When several signals point the same way, we say so in plain words. In the example above, a new COO, a claims automation hire and a stated plan to digitise claims all point at the claims workflow.
careful about what we claim
Insurance is regulated, and buyers are wary of vendors who overstate compliance. We don't claim certifications you don't have, we don't invent numbers, and a person reads every opener before it goes out. Every date is checked against its source.
starting small
The pilot is built for a careful first step: one segment, one first channel, two weeks. We agree what good looks like before we start, then compare the results with your current lists at the end.
